3. Where to send
Send the complete notice to our designated Copyright Agent at mainxbegin@163.com with the subject line "DMCA / Copyright Notice — [Work Title]". We typically acknowledge and investigate within 3 business days.
4. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice containing your identity, a description of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. Upon receipt we will reinstate the removed material unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10 business days.
5. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to restrict or terminate access to users who are repeat copyright infringers, as permitted by law.
